Order Processing

All Appril orders are carefully inspected, and packed in our signature luxury boxes before dispatch.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. During peak seasons or special releases, processing may take up to 3–4 business days.

Once your order is shipped, you may receive an email and SMS notification containing your tracking details.

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Shipping Partner: We ship via trusted logistics partners in India for reliable and timely delivery.

  • Delivery Time: Orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Shipping Charges:

    • Free shipping on all prepaid orders.

    • A convenience fee may apply to Cash on Delivery orders.

International Shipping

Appril currently does not fulfill international orders.

Packaging

Every Appril clothing is packed in our custom 3D-embossed box, wrapped in tissue bearing the “Own Your Legacy” insignia, and sealed with a wax-finish label — reflecting our commitment to detail and craftsmanship.

Order Tracking

Once your package is shipped, you may receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also track your order anytime through the order page on our website or directly through the courier partner’s portal.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are entered correctly at checkout.
Appril will not be responsible for delivery failures or delays due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Delivery Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen factors like extreme weather, regional lockdowns, or courier disruptions may cause occasional delays.

Undelivered Packages

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or repeated unavailability, the package shall be returned to us.
Reshipment may incur additional delivery charges.

Order Modifications

Orders can only be modified or cancelled before fulfilment. Once shipped, no such action shall be feasible. For any modofications or cancellations, kindly email us at care@appril.in.
